Payment Terms

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Coinbound Inc. are final and non-refundable. By processing a payment, you acknowledge and understand that there will be no returns, reimbursements, or credits provided, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Chargeback Agreement

You expressly agree not to file a chargeback or dispute with your payment processor, bank, or credit card company over any payment made to Coinbound Inc. If you have any concerns or issues with a transaction, we urge you to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first seeking resolution from us is considered a breach of these payment terms.

3. Consequences of Chargebacks

In the event that you breach the terms of this agreement by initiating a chargeback, you will be responsible for any fees or charges associated with the chargeback, as well as any costs incurred by Coinbound Inc. in disputing or responding to the chargeback. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any losses.

4. Acknowledgement

By processing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms in full. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comprehend these terms before making a payment.
